Will my Customer Number change?
No, there will be no change to your existing customer number.
Will there be any changes to my existing agreement or services?
No, there will be no change to your current products and services and you will remain on the same agreement you have now. You will retain your existing service numbers, email addresses and domains. However, your agreement is now subject to the CommsChoice Master Service Agreement found here.
Will any of my payment details change?
CommsChoice recently changed bank account details, please ensure your records and up-to-date and that all future payments are credited to the following account.

Yes, your existing login credentials for will remain the same. You can access My Account here. In time, we will be introducing some new features and improvements to make managing your account online even easier.
